3. Disclaimer

The materials on WealthDashboard.tech's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. WealthDashboard.tech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

WealthDashboard.tech does not provide financial or tax advice. The platform serves as an aggregator and analytical tool. Users should consult registered professionals before making financial decisions or filing tax returns.

4. Limitations

In no event shall WealthDashboard.tech or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WealthDashboard.tech's website, even if WealthDashboard.tech or a WealthDashboard.tech authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on WealthDashboard.tech's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. WealthDashboard.tech does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. WealthDashboard.tech may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, WealthDashboard.tech does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Free plan and paid subscriptions

WealthDashboard.tech is free to use. Core features — your dashboard, transactions, assets, properties, investments, income statement, cash flow and net worth tracking — are available at no cost, indefinitely, and require no payment card.

Certain modules require a paid subscription. The Starter plan unlocks Commitments, Allowances, Next Rand, Financial Independence, Model Portfolio, Businesses and the AI Advisor. The Tax Pro plan unlocks all of those plus the SARS tax module.

If a subscription ends for any reason, access to paid modules stops and the account reverts to the free plan. Your data is never deleted, hidden or held back as a result — it remains available to you on the free plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly in South African Rand and renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and in your billing settings. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change affecting an existing subscription.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not receive, handle or store your card details — these are held by Paystack under their own terms and security standards. Your card statement will reflect a charge from Paystack or WealthDashboard.tech.

If a renewal payment fails, we will retain your access while the payment is retried and will notify you. If payment is not received by the end of your paid period, the subscription lapses and the account reverts to the free plan.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not end your current billing period. You keep full access to paid modules until the period you have already paid for expires, and you are not charged again.

In line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, you may cancel a subscription within 7 days of your first payment and receive a full refund of that payment, for any reason and without penalty. Email hello@wealthdashboard.tech to request this.

Outside that 7-day window, monthly subscription fees already paid are not refundable, save where required by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable law, or where a service failure on our part prevented you from using the paid modules. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms. Where we terminate an account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a pro rata basis.
